To open an account with Tiger Hill Houston Inc., please complete the following steps:
Tiger Hill Houston Inc. does not offer an online ordering portal at this time. To ensure accurate order processing and personalized service, all distributor orders are placed directly with our sales team. Orders may be submitted via email at sales@tigerhillinc.com or by fax at (713) 773-4325.
You'll receive Column Pricing (quantity-based pricing). You'll be charged the prices that are in effect at the time we ship your merchandise.

Tiger Hill Houston Inc. does not require minimum order quantities. Distributors may place orders as needed based on customer demand. While an order form is provided, you may also submit purchase orders (POs) directly via email or fax.
All distributor orders are prepaid by credit card unless approved credit terms have been established. Credit terms may be requested at any time and are subject to approval. Credit card payments under $500 are not subject to a processing fee, while payments over $500 incur a 3% processing fee. Orders over $500 may be paid by check or ACH to avoid the processing fee; payment instructions will be provided at order confirmation. Orders paid by check or ACH require a copy of the check or ACH confirmation submitted by email or fax to release the order.
Tiger Hill Houston Inc. does not accept third-party shipping accounts. All orders ship using Tiger Hill Houston Inc.’s UPS account, and our negotiated carrier rates are passed on to distributors whenever possible. Tracking information is provided once the invoice is created.
If use of a distributor shipping account is required, you must contact your sales representative before placing the order for approval and instructions. Please do not include shipper account numbers on purchase orders. Unauthorized shipping account numbers may delay order processing.
Due to our unique washing and finishing process, minor color and shade variations may occur. Shade variations within 2%–5% are considered acceptable and within industry standards. If a shade variation exceeds 5%, your sales representative will contact you for approval prior to shipment.

No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization. Decorated or washed garments are not eligible for return. Tiger Hill Houston Inc. does not reimburse decoration costs on defective or mis-shipped merchandise.
Authorized returns requested after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus all applicable freight costs.
